STUCC ON STEEL™ has packaged our technology into a one-of-a-kind manufacturing process so that it can be licensed for use anywhere in the world. Why would you want to make your own components? Make what you want, when you want and cut out all of the mark-up from building material manufacturers and the un-necessary "middle men" or material distributors? Why not invest in the technology (i.e., Equipment, Technology and Training) instead of paying for someone else to make it for you , ship it to your project site and their lifestyle. STUCC ON STEEL™ instructs you how to set up small manufacturing facilites on or near your own project sites, with raw materials (light gauge galvanized steel, cement & sand) purchased from in-country suppliers, then use local workers, trained by us in your own controlled factory setting with our patent pending/proprietary technology to make it all happen. The result is that the STUCC ON STEEL™ Manufacturing Program will: 1. Save you money 2. Increase construction productivity 3. Reduce the amount of time on your construction loan 4. Increase quality Offering: STUCC ON STEEL™ offers its technology in several ways: 1. STUCC ON STEEL™supplies your company with product 2. Your company purchases a Right-To-Use License There are plus’s and minus’s for each option. If “cost” is the priority it is more cost-efficient in the long term to buy a license, which allows us to set your company up with our technology; where we provide the equipment, training and long-term service. STUCC ON STEEL’s™ goal is to show you have to save money by using our technology and in return your company will pay STUCC ON STEEL™ a user fee. The STUCC ON STEEL™ User Fee, on a (500 Sq. Ft./46.5 M2) house is approximatley $500 per home. Note: The User Fee varies depending upon the size of the house, estimated by the linear feet or meters of material used, the amount of structural stucco in square feet or square meter used compared to the yearly volume of the builder. The standard facility (minimum) can manufacture 2,500 to 5,000 (500 SF/46.5 M2) units per year depending on work days, shift times and the number of pieces of equiment. The STUCC ON STEEL™ Manufacturing & Building Technology price starts at $1,500,000 (USD). There are additional costs that have not been factored in that must be considered, such as where the components would be manufactured (building whether it is leased or owned) and the management required to direct the manufacturing workers, operating overheads such as electricity, water, etc. Since there are so many variables as how to set up the proper facility for you we suggest that you contact us for more information.
